Peri Peri Argentinian Prawns
Ingredients:
- · red chilli 1, finely chopped
- · lime 1, juiced
- · garlic ½ clove, crushed
- · ground coriander ½ tsp
- · ground cinnamon a pinch
- · ground ginger ½ tsp
- · 300gr Wild Argentinian Prawns
- · oil for frying
- · crusty baguette to serve
- · soft lettuce to serve
- 1. Put the chilli, lime juice, garlic, coriander, cinnamon and ginger in a bowl and mix.
- 2. Add the prawns and toss together. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a non-stick pan.
- 4. Cook the prawns and their marinade for 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Serve with buttered baguette and lettuce.
